Submitting this form creates your MyKinder app account and sends a registration request only. Your child is not enrolled until the kindergarten reviews and approves your request.
Information we collect
Parent profile, family information, child details, health records, emergency contacts, authorized collectors, and medical treatment authority.
Complete within 7 days
Incomplete registrations are automatically removed after 7 days for security purposes.
